/the beginning...
...established in 2009 near Aachen by the drummer Micha they were only 5 musicians.
In the beginning some musicians changed frequently and in the course of time the sound became unique, shaped by the two singers.
Since 2012 they are six musicians on stage and the typical "Susi sound" became redefined by a cello.
Now Susi is strikin' new paths with a new second singer since the end of 2014.

Susi was born on a sunny summer day in the year 1991.
18 years later, she coined the band name with her birthday party. A three month old “no name” band discovered an oddment of Susi's birthday bash.
Like a sign from another world or a different dimension the blackboard of Susi ´s party told the Band to name them self Susi Goes 18.
"Susi, Susi, Susi..."
even if you hear this name shouted out loud at a concert, it is not connected with this 18 year old girl anymore.
